Call for Special Session Proposal for iThings 2014
iThings 2014 will host up to 2 high-quality special sessions that complement the regular program with new or emerging topics of particular interest to the iThings community. The aim of a special session is to provide an overview of the state-of-the-art, highlight current research directions and challenges in specific fields of internet of things.
Each Special Session will be an oral session with four speakers. The Organizers must submit a proposal to iThings TPC chair Prof. Shao-Yi Chien (sychien@ntu.edu.tw) with the following information by May 7:

1. Title for the proposed special session
2. One or two paragraphs description / justification of interest and impact for iThings 2014
3. A list of topics of the special session and a list of potential speakers

Accepted Special Session proposal will be notified by May 15.  After that, a speaker in a Special Session must submit either an abstract or a full paper using the iThings 2014 paper submission guidelines by May 31. Papers submitted to the Special Sessions will be reviewed by two reviewers selected by the organizers and one reviewer selected by the Conference Technical Program Committee.
